“We wanted to lay Caithness stone flagstones and we looked and we looked, but we couldn’t find what we wanted,” said Ellington.
“One day we were driving past a farm, and we saw a barn with these huge flagstones on the roof.
They were being used as roof tiles.
Marc talked to the farmer, and he agreed we could have them for the price of a new tin roof for the barn.”
